The Counselor II of the (VGR) Video Gaming Revenue program is responsible for providing: Comprehensive assessment and support services for homeless and previously homeless adults who suffer from a chronic serious mental illness and/or substance abuse issues. Housing search, placement, and housing retention assistance. Linkage to community-based resources supports clients in their recovery efforts and assists them with building skills needed to maintain independent living. As the largest human service provider in Lake County, we believe that services must be available without barriers. No residents are turned away due to the inability to pay. We believe in providing services in an environment of mutual respect, free of discrimination or bias.
