About The Position

Requirements

• Master's Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, rehabilitation, or a related human services field.
• At least two years of experience working with adults with mental health, substance abuse, or co-occurring disorders, or verification of completion of a Master's program internship at an accredited provider.
• Ability to provide individualized mental health and substance abuse services.
• Must pass organization screening requirements, including background checks.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, integrated mental health and substance abuse services to clients and their families.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients.
• Deliver direct therapeutic services and manage client risk and safety.
• Serve as a consultant and mentor to Bachelor's Level Direct Care employees and Behavioral Technicians.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
