About The Position
We are seeking a talented attorney to join our highly collaborative legal team. The ideal candidate is an agile and solutions-oriented attorney for a role that supports critical procurement, maintenance and marketing workstreams. This attorney will have responsibility for managing, negotiating, drafting and overseeing a variety of complex and routine commercial agreements. The role also offers an opportunity to support 7-Eleven's acclaimed marketing department by drafting marketing-related agreements and advising on consumer and advertising law issues impacting the business such as disclaimers, loyalty programs, sweepstakes, sales promotions, contest rules, etc.
