About The Position
Eaton's legal organization is hiring a Counsel, Corporate Transactions to be based at the US HQ in Beachwood, Ohio. This role provides legal advice and services, and training, in support of Eaton's real estate transactions as well as acquisition, divestiture and joint venture, including due diligence, contract drafting and negotiations, transaction closings and integration activities. The position also involves managing outside counsel and outside counsel spend.
