About The Position
Verizon is looking for an experienced attorney to join the Corporate Governance and ESG Reporting team. This role involves managing Verizon's compliance with existing and emerging domestic and international sustainability-related regulatory frameworks, preparing related disclosures, and partnering with subject matter experts across the company to draft and facilitate the publication of Verizon's strategic sustainability-related reporting. Responsibilities also include preparing and reviewing SEC filings, monitoring compliance with governance-related requirements, and facilitating communications with investors and stakeholders regarding the company's sustainability strategy.
