The Cougar Crew Promotions Team Member assists the Promotions and Marketing staff in creating a fun, engaging, and memorable game-day experience for fans. The Cougar Crew play an active role in on-field promotions, theme nights, and community marketing events while representing the Cougars brand with energy and professionalism. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: Assist in executing on-field promotions, contests, and pre- and post-game activities as directed by the Promotions staff. Actively participate in theme nights, in-game promotions, and fan engagement activities. Manage and interact with fans participating in on-field activities, including National Anthem ceremonies, first pitches, contests, run-the-bases, and themed promotions. Represent the Cougars at non-game-day marketing and promotional events by engaging with fans and helping build excitement for the team. Follow scripted promotions and timelines to support a smooth, high-energy game-day presentation. Assist with stadium preparation, set-up, and breakdown of promotional elements. Collaborate with staff across departments to ensure excellent guest service and fan safety. Participate creatively in promotional activities, including dressing in costume, dancing, and assisting with special projects. Wear the mascot suit when needed. Other duties as assigned.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; bending, reaching, and lifting; must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
Willingness to assist with tarp pulls and other stadium operations tasks.
Ability to move quickly and safely throughout all areas of the ballpark.
Willingness to engage physically in promotions, including dancing and active fan interaction.
