Wage band range $70,340.00 - $85,000.00 annually. However, starting pay is ultimately determined by the scope of the position, the candidate's relevant experience, and internal equity. Position is eligible for Bilingual pay incentive. Under the guidance of the Clinical Program Manager, the Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the cottage. Secondary Supervisor will be the Assistant Director of Campus Services. Directly supervises approximately 15-20 employees within the cottage. Responsible for carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Upholds Casa Pacifica's Standards of Behavior and embodies our core values of respect, integrity, compassion, and courage in the daily care and treatment of youth, ensuring the achievement of program and treatment objectives. This includes direct supervision/training of the cottage Mental Health Worker I, II, and III’s (including NOC, Per Diem), and care coordinator. In conjunction with the Clinical Program Director, ensures implementation of treatment plans for each youth; and, maintenance of a therapeutic environment within the cottage. In addition, this position coordinates a variety of activities for student/youth, implements the program structure, and acts as a liaison with the education component.
