  • Experience in full-lifecycle development, from initial pilot testing and data migration to production support.
  • Strong background in Agile delivery, participating in sprints to handle product updates and vendor-released patches.
  • Proficiency in .NET (C#), SQL Server, or PostgreSQL, as these are commonly used for the backend of enterprise tax applications.
  • Deep understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP) and middleware to ensure Isrutax communicates effectively with internal accounting and HR systems.

  • Customization & Maintenance: Develop and maintain wrappers, plug-ins, or custom modules that extend Isrutax's functionality to meet unique business needs.
  • Data Migration & ETL: Design and execute scripts to pull data from legacy systems into the Isrutax environment for seasonal filing cycles.
  • Vendor Management: Serve as the technical point of contact for the software vendor, managing license renewals and troubleshooting critical bugs found during testing.
  • User Training & Documentation: Create technical guides and train end-users (tax professionals/accountants) on new features and automated workflows.

Benefits

  • Paid time off based on employee grade (A-F), defined by policy: Vacation: 12-25 days, depending on grade, Company paid holidays, Personal Days, Sick Leave
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage (or provincial healthcare coordination in Canada)
