Now Hiring: Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Marietta Heights Post Acute is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dedicated rehabilitation team. Requirements

  • Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Compassionate, team-oriented approach to care

Nice To Haves

  • Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred (new graduate's welcome!)

Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
  • Assist residents with improving activities of daily living, functional mobility, and overall independence
  • Collaborate with the clinical care team to deliver patient-centered care
  • Accurately document treatment sessions and progress
  • Maintain compliance with facility and regulatory standards
