Mountain View Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support our residents' rehabilitation journeys. Requirements
- Current state licensure or certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dedication to resident-centered care in a post-acute setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Occupational Therapist in developing and implementing treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve residents' daily living skills and functional abilities.
- Monitor and report resident progress to the Occupational Therapist.
- Educate residents and their families on exercises, safety, and adaptive techniques.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive resident care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments provided.
