About The Position

Mountain View Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support our residents' rehabilitation journeys. Requirements

  • Current state licensure or certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dedication to resident-centered care in a post-acute setting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Occupational Therapist in developing and implementing treatment plans.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve residents' daily living skills and functional abilities.
  • Monitor and report resident progress to the Occupational Therapist.
  • Educate residents and their families on exercises, safety, and adaptive techniques.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive resident care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments provided.
