Synergy Care is looking for a qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant for an open Full-time HH position in Shreveport, LA. You must hold a valid National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification and you must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as an Occupational Therapy Assistant. Requirements
