About The Position

Synergy Care is accepting applications for a Full Time Rehab Director and COTA / Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant, Covington, LA for Brookdale and Avanti Senior Living Communities. In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy or will graduate from such an institution within the next six (6) months. You must hold a valid National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification, and you must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as an Occupational Therapist. Requirements

• graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy or will graduate from such an institution within the next six (6) months
