Qualification Education and/or Experience Licensed as a Staff Occupational Therapy Assistant Board of the State. Proficient in computer skills such as inputting data into programs such as Casamba and Point Click Care. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Licensed as an Occupational Therapist Assistant in the state. Employee must meet continue education requirements per state practices. Requirements

Licensed as a Staff Occupational Therapy Assistant Board of the State.
