About The Position

Join our employee-owned team as a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) at Victory Lakes in Lindenhurst, IL! We are looking for a skilled and passionate COTA who is dedicated to making a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients. This role involves collaborating with Occupational Therapists to develop and execute treatment plans, helping patients achieve their therapy goals with creativity and compassion, maintaining productivity standards, and completing necessary documentation. As a trusted partner within the community, you will play a vital role in delivering patient-centered care to the geriatric population in senior-living and post-acute settings.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited COTA program.
• Valid or pending state license (for new grads).
• Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehab is a plus but not required.
