Synergy Care is looking for a qualified Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant/ possible RD for an open position in an outpatient clinic at Stone Bridge Senior Living AL/IL located in Heber Springs, AR. Requirements

• graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy Assistants or will graduate from such an institution within the next six (6) months
• hold a valid National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification
• currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
