About The Position

The Costume Character provides entertainment to customers and their children while they shop. Your day-to-day: Wear the required costume and walk the store floor greeting children and customers Provide high fives and photo opportunities, at the request of the child(ren) Be aware of reaction of child(ren) Attend each scheduled birthday party Attend special events, as required (Halloween Trick-or-Treating, Egg Hunt, Christmas Tree lighting, etc.) Adhere to all health, sanitation, and safety regulations Other duties, as assigned

Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the store, offering assistance and support where needed.
Improve and maintain the efficiency of the store in order to reach success.
Be a positive ambassador for the store, representing our S.T.E.W. values in all interactions with customers and team members.
