Requirements

1–6 years of experience in cost management and project controls for EPC projects
Skilled in forecasting, cost control, change management, and risk analysis
Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for project teams and leadership
Proficient with JDE, EcoSys, Procore, Excel, and Power BI
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, Finance , or equivalent experience
Willing to travel up to 15% domestically

Responsibilities

Track, analyze, and forecast costs, budgets, and financial trends across multi-year EPC infrastructure projects.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Operations Directors, and technical teams to align financials with project objectives.
Monitor cost deviations, changes, and risks to address challenges before they impact the project.
Produce clear, actionable cost reports and dashboards in Power BI (or similar) for leadership and stakeholders.
Support Project Controls Execution Plans and ensure compliance with company standards from day one.
Act as the trusted cost advisor on high-impact EPC projects, driving data-informed decisions.
