The Senior Cost Manager oversees a team responsible for developing and maintaining meaningful reports that influence project outcomes through effective cost analysis and forecasting. This role demands a deep understanding of project controls, including planning and scheduling, cost control processes, progress measurement, estimate development, and contract commercial terms. The Senior Cost Manager must be adaptable, capable of refining communication methods throughout the project lifecycle, and demonstrate professional delegation and proactive problem-solving.
