Albemarle is seeking a Cost Manager to establish and maintain the capital project budget, providing accurate cost forecasts, leading project change and risk management activities. Candidate must be experienced with managing portfolio of small to medium projects as well as leading cost activities at Mega Projects with Total Installed Cost (TIC) >$200MM. A candidate needs to understand strategic and tactical steps for building Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long-Range Plan (LRP) and in this role supporting Sr. Director Portfolio Planning in leading it across entire company. A successful candidate must have experience with templates, tools, and Owner team staffing for implementation in this environment.
