Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Strong communicator - both written and verbal
Organized, proactive, and genuinely interested in learning
Analytically minded with attention to detail
Someone who thrives working independently and as part of a team
Real interest in cost consulting and project delivery
On track for strong academic performance

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in Excel, BIM, or cost management software such as CostX
Interest in pursuing professional chartership (RICS/AACE)

Responsibilities

Assist with cost plans and estimates that inform major project decisions
Master project documentation and data management at professional standards
Navigate pricing research, vendor negotiations, and procurement strategy
Contribute to winning proposals and client presentations
Get hands-on with construction technology, contracts, and real-world problem solving
Collaborate in team meetings and interact directly with clients
Build your professional network with industry leaders
Gain exposure to CSI MasterFormat, construction specifications, and measurement methods
Support change order analysis and contract administration
Learn value engineering and cost control techniques
