CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Cost Estimator II to join our Commercial & Institutional - Cost Estimating Team at any of the following office locations: Albany, NY; Portland, ME; Boston, Burlington, or Norwell, MA; or Bethlehem, PA. Our Cost Estimating team delivers high-quality, accurate cost consulting services to owners, architects, and construction managers at any stage from conceptual design through construction documents. With expertise in architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, and electrical estimating, we identify the implications of design and construction decisions and bring cost certainty to the project. The Cost Estimator II is responsible for executing high-quality accurate detailed cost estimates. This individual understands clients' needs, meets their expectations, presents the estimate, and follows up with the client on any issues. This role will foster business development and pursue new opportunities.
