About The Position

This department supports all operations at PC Construction and provides an excellent environment to understand our company and the construction industry. The Cost Engineer position provides the perfect opportunity for an ambitious candidate to expand their understanding of, and expertise in, construction contracting, budgeting, forecasting and change management. In this role you will also collaborate with accounting and deepen your understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and financial forecasting. Requirements

  • bachelor's degree

  • Contracts and Change Management
  • Project Budgets and Cost Management
  • Monthly Project Forecasting (estimate to complete)
  • Job Billing
  • Subcontracts and Purchase Orders
  • Systems Improvement - monitor and continuously improve cost management processes and procedures
  • Develop and deliver training to support the company’s best practices and procedures
