About The Position
The Automotive Cost Engineer is responsible for developing accurate cost analyses, providing sourcing support, and driving cost optimization for various automotive components. This role requires collaboration with engineering, purchasing, and supplier teams to ensure cost efficiency while maintaining quality and manufacturing standards. The engineer will focus on should costing, activity-based costing, cost comparison analysis, and supporting negotiations with suppliers.
