About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Cost Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will plan and execute cost takeoffs, reconcile construction contractor costs, and perform detailed Excel analyses. You will also be responsible for developing Excel spreadsheets to support cost engineering efforts.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience in construction or construction management.
• Proficiency in change order negotiation.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) preferred.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam and AutoCAD.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is advantageous.

Responsibilities
