A successful Cost Engineer will collaborate with their lead/supervisor to perform cost control, analysis, and management tasks. These will include collaboration with Planners/Schedulers, change control team members, Control Account and Functional Managers, risk management related tasks and reporting work processes. The successful candidate will have an innovative approach to completing their work and will possess or quickly develop strong automation and data analytics skills. They will also require strong communication skills to support frequent interaction with other members of the project team to develop solutions to execution challenges. All work will be carried out within established Project Controls processes and procedures that comply with Bechtel's corporate requirements.
