About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Cost Controller with 5+ years of relevant experience to join our finance team. This role involves managing project costs, analyzing financial data, and assisting in budget preparation and monitoring. The candidate will be trained on our internal systems, and while a CPA is not required, having a PMP certification is preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in cost control or financial analysis.
• Proficient in financial statement analysis and cost reporting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• PMP certification preferred.
• CPA not required (training provided on internal systems).

Nice To Haves

• Experience with project cost management in industries such as construction, engineering, or manufacturing.
• PMP, or CPA.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control project costs.
• Analyze financial statements and assist in budget forecasting.
• Provide detailed cost reporting and analysis.
• Support financial planning and decision-making by preparing accurate financial data.
• Liaise with project managers to ensure cost efficiency and adherence to project budgets.
• Track project financials and report on cost variances.
