Tax and Cost Basis Operations is a part of the Custody & Asset Services division of Operational Services. The work performed requires attention to detail, involves research and analysis, and communicating in an articulate, clear, and effective manner. Explore an exciting and challenging opportunity to join an exceptional team within Operational Services that provides cost basis updates, support, and resolution of client inquiries. The Specialist in Cost Basis Operations will provide dedicated support and technical expertise to Schwab clients. Our mission is to provide prompt, thorough, and complete service through collaborative partnerships with Partner Support, Investor Services, Advisor Services, and the Accommodations groups. Additionally, we provide work-item escalation support to these groups in responses from client and field inquiries. We're searching for experienced, team-focused individuals to own prioritized work items pertaining to households with wealth over 10 million dollars at Charles Schwab and to premium advisors.
