About The Position

A Cost Analyst has hands-on experience using Deltek COBRA, Deltek MPM, for Project EVMS, or other EVMS tools to generate the seven formats of the IPMR. They have had responsibility collecting status, implementing Baseline Change Requests (BCR), updating and managing Estimate To Complete (ETC) and Estimate AT Complete (EAC), conducting analysis, and developing and managing responses to variances.

Requirements

• More than 25 years of experience in a Cost Analyst role.
• Hands-on experience with Deltek COBRA and Deltek MPM.
• Experience with Project EVMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Use Deltek COBRA and Deltek MPM for Project EVMS.
• Generate the seven formats of the IPMR.
• Collect status and implement Baseline Change Requests (BCR).
• Update and manage Estimate To Complete (ETC) and Estimate AT Complete (EAC).
• Conduct analysis and develop responses to variances.
