The Cost Analysis Manager will launch and lead a newly formed Cost Target Group within our North American operations. This critical role is foundational to ensuring the financial success of our projects, providing the cost transparency and insight necessary for profitable decision-making across all stages of the product lifecycle-from RFQ through SOP to EOP. The Cost Analysis Manager will be responsible for driving target cost development, profitability tracking, and financial analysis across a diverse and technically complex portfolio of automotive components-including chassis, battery system assemblies, electric powertrains, electronics, lighting, steering, and braking systems-serving multiple global OEM customers. The Manager will play a pivotal role in building the cost analysis function in North America. While tools and benchmarks exist at our corporate and European offices, this role will localize and implement those processes for regional use. You will also be responsible for hiring and developing a team of 4 analysts, establishing workflows, and acting as the key financial liaison across departments including engineering, purchasing, program management, sales, and operations.
