About The Position

This position is based onsite 5 days a week out of our Wichita Falls, Texas plant. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for maintenance of standard cost system. Includes establishing new part costs through the ERN process and the follow-up and maintenance of existing part cost. Responsible for issuing credit memos to customers for returned material on RGA’s and miscellaneous debits and credits. Updates the RGA database with necessary information as it relates to the CPR. Analyze manufacturing variances (material usage, labor efficiency, overhead absorption) and provide actionable insights. Responsible for the month-end sales and cost of sales journal entries. Perform monthly WIP reviews to ensure accurate tracking, valuation, and reconciliation of production costs Manages the fixed asset register, Construction-in-Progress (CIP) activity, processes capital asset requests, and ensures compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and organizational policies Reviews daily manufacturing and material transactions and populates daily KPI reports. Analyze manufacturing variances (material usage, labor efficiency, overhead absorption) and provide actionable insights. Assists with Accounts Payable issues when necessary Assists with Month-End closing as necessary Critical Competencies To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to work under pressure in a detailed and organized manner. Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in accounting, finance, or a related field.
