About The Position

As a Sales Associate at Cosmoprof, you will be part of the world's largest hair and beauty supplier, dedicated to empowering customers through self-expression in beauty. Your primary objective will be to create a memorable shopping experience by assisting customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, acting as their beauty advisor. Cosmoprof provides extensive knowledge and training to support you in this role. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must 18 years of age or older
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager

Nice To Haves

• 1 + years retail sales/customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate our Cosmoprof Culture Values.
