Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Cosmetology Teacher to join our team during day hours. In this role, you will deliver high-quality instruction, combining theoretical knowledge with hands-on practice, to equip students with the skills and confidence needed to excel in cosmetology.

Requirements

Valid Cosmetology State Teacher License required.
Demonstrated experience and expertise in the cosmetology industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and engage students.
Passion for teaching and fostering student success.
Ability to work during daytime hours as specified.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that adhere to curriculum standards and state regulations.
Provide demonstrations and practical training in a range of cosmetology services including hair cutting, coloring, styling, skincare, and nail care.
Monitor and assess student progress, offering constructive feedback and support.
Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant classroom and salon environment.
Participate in faculty meetings, training, and curriculum development initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure relevant educational delivery.
