Requirements
- Must hold a valid State Teaching License in Cosmetology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective teaching.
- A genuine passion for educating and mentoring students in the field of beauty.
- Ability to adapt lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Monday through Friday 5:00pm-10:00pm cst
Nice To Haves
- Proven experience within the cosmetology industry is preferred.
- Previous teaching experience, especially during evening classes, is a significant plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that adhere to state educational standards.
- Conduct hands-on training and practical exercises in various aspects of cosmetology.
- Assess student performance and provide actionable feedback to guide their growth.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and support.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and integrate relevant techniques into the curriculum.
