About The Position
This position is Monday - Friday; 12-18 hours a week for both day and night classes. The role involves assisting with the instruction of students, maintaining program quality, and implementing curriculum as directed by the lead instructor. The position encourages and exemplifies good work habits, assists in teaching the use, care, and safety of program equipment, and helps maintain a clean and orderly training area. Additionally, the role includes monitoring the use of supplies and equipment, setting up and maintaining program equipment, and working cooperatively within the College Campus community. Responsibilities also include verifying student competency achievement, completing necessary paperwork, supporting a classroom management plan consistent with the College Campus, fostering a productive learning and training environment, promoting job readiness, and interacting with students in an atmosphere of open communication.
