Requirements
- Active Educator License in the State of Illinois is required.
- Experience in the cosmetology or esthetics field is preferred.
- Previous teaching or educational experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for education and helping students succeed.
Responsibilities
- Follow lesson plans and instructional materials left by the regular instructor.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and guide students in hands-on techniques.
- Assure that classroom policies and procedures are followed effectively.
- Communicate with students to assess understanding and provide feedback.
- Maintain a positive and structured learning environment.

- In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $21.00 and $23.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
