As an Cosmetology licensed Esthetics Learning Leader, you'll educate, motivate, mentor, and coach Future Professionals in both technical and guest service skills. You'll create engaging, objective-based learning experiences in the clinic classroom while helping students build confidence, professionalism, and a love for the esthetics industry. This role is ideal for an experienced educator who brings positive energy, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed. Requirements

  • Experience instructing at a Cosmetology or Esthetics school
  • Current esthetics and instructor license
  • Previous education and salon and Spa experience
  • Experience with Paul Mitchell products
  • Strong organizational, coaching, and communication skills
  • Skills in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment
  • Solid work history with verifiable references
  • Passion for the esthetics industry, honesty, and professionalism
  • Ability to motivate, inspire, and connect with students of diverse backgrounds

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Educate, mentor, and coach Future Professionals in esthetics technical and guest service skills
  • Create engaging clinic classroom experiences using Objective-Based Education (O.B.E.), mini classes, and learning centers
  • Monitor student progress and provide individualized feedback to support growth and development
  • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and professionalism
  • Support all clinic classroom systems while maintaining school standards and culture
  • Collaborate with fellow Learning Leaders and team members to continuously improve education and student outcomes
  • Participate in school events, activities, and team-building initiatives to enhance the overall student experience
