About The Position
The Lead Instructor at Mosley School of Cosmetology is a full-time position dedicated to providing high-quality education to students in the field of cosmetology. The instructor will be responsible for teaching, mentoring, motivating, and coaching students both on the clinic floor and in the classroom. Utilizing the company's approved curriculum, the instructor will ensure that students receive comprehensive training that prepares them for their future careers in cosmetology. The role requires a strong commitment to student success, including preparing students for the State Board exam and ensuring compliance with all relevant State Board rules and regulations. In this position, the instructor will engage with students in a variety of learning environments, fostering a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes learning and skill development. The instructor will also be responsible for developing and implementing training plans tailored to the needs of individual students, ensuring that each student receives the guidance and support necessary to excel in their studies. Collaboration with other instructors and administrative staff is essential to create a cohesive educational experience for all students. The Lead Instructor will work a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and dedication to the educational mission of the school. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about teaching and have a strong background in cosmetology education.
