We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cosmetology Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong background in cosmetology. This role is responsible for instructing students in various beauty techniques and ensuring they meet the necessary standards to become licensed professionals. The candidate must possess a cosmetology instructor license to qualify for this position. As a Cosmetology Instructor, you will teach students the latest techniques in hair styling, hair coloring, and barbering, ensuring they meet industry standards. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons covering topics such as nail care, eyelash extensions, and body waxing. Additionally, you will provide guidance on proper sanitation and hygiene practices, oversee and assist students with practical exercises, including dermabrasion, and create lesson plans and curricula that align with state regulations and industry requirements. Your role will also involve evaluating student performance and providing constructive feedback, maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment while adhering to safety protocols, collaborating with other instructors to ensure a cohesive learning experience, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
