About The Position
VICI Beauty School is seeking dedicated and passionate cosmetology instructors to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. As a cosmetology instructor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of aspiring beauty professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to educate and inspire students, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in the beauty industry. We are looking for individuals who possess a dynamic personality and a strong desire to help students succeed in their careers. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, providing hands-on training, and fostering a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth. In this role, you will be expected to develop lesson plans that align with state standards and industry best practices. You will also assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and support students in their professional development. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of salon experience and hold a valid Wisconsin Cosmetology Practitioner License. Additionally, you will be required to work on Saturdays and either Tuesday or Thursday evenings to accommodate the school’s schedule.
