About The Position

Mandara Spa is seeking a dedicated professional to provide high-quality services to clients, utilizing professional skills to meet individual needs. The role involves prescribing appropriate hair, nail, and facial products and services, as well as educating guests on home maintenance and additional services. The position requires working as part of a spa therapy team to deliver the highest standard of treatment, ensuring clients experience a journey of sensory heaven that helps them relax and regain balance.

Requirements

• Self-motivated, team player, responsible, and dependable.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Compliant with State Board sanitation/sterilization procedures.
• Possess a sufficient state license and relevant training/certification as a licensed Hair Stylist.
• Proficient skills in cutting, coloring, and blow dry styling.
• Proven sales/recommendation background.
• Excellent client care, guest service, and attention to detail.
• Ability and willingness to update technical skills through ongoing training.
• Effective communicator.
• Flexible and cooperative.

Nice To Haves

• Additional experience, training, and certification as a Make-up Artist and/or Nail Technician.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality treatment and professional concept.
• Work as part of the Spa therapy team to consistently deliver high standards of treatment.
• Begin and end treatments at the published time, ensuring correct procedures are followed.
• Ensure all equipment and linens are fully stocked at your work station.
• Attend a detailed training program upon hire to become competent in all Mandara signature services within 30 days.
• Ensure all guests receive a completed prescription form after each service.
• Strive to produce a minimum of 15% in retail sales per day/week/month.
• Ensure professional stock used complies with company PAR levels to reduce product waste.
• Set up service area according to procedures and dispose of laundry timely.
• Confidently relay product and service benefits to clients.
