About The Position

Greet visitors to the salon in a prompt, courteous manner. Provides Salon patrons with all nail services including, but not limited to manicures, pedicures, gel nails, in accordance with all licensing standards. Keeps nail stations fully equipped at all times with proper implements required to perform services. Informs Department Manager of all needed nail supplies for inventory. Contributes articles on salon products related to nail services' up-and-coming ideas and technology to salon manager. Maintains knowledge of state-of-the art nail technician services, procedures, equipment and supplies. Maintains professional service-oriented demeanor. Maintains flexibility to take on new and different tasks as directed by the Department Manager. Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. Attends staff meetings.

Requirements

• Certificate from college, technical school or accredited facility
• Three to six months related experience and/or training
• Current State Nail Technician license and other creditable certificates
• CPR and First Aid Certification
