Requirements
- Cosmetology license
- A desire to meet and exceed team and individual sales goals
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with and be a part of a team
- Ability to take and implement feedback
- Must be able to work Saturdays

Responsibilities
- Perform amazing blow outs on clients using the drybar Anatomy of a Blowout
- Provide an over-the-top client experience
- Sell products, tools, and memberships
- Participate in Shop duties including laundry, sweeping, dusting and other general shop cleaning
