Requirements

• Cosmetology license in the state of Idaho
• A desire to meet and exceed team and individual sales goals.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work with and be a part of a team.
• Ability to take and implement feedback.
• Must be able to work Saturdays

• Currently attending cosmetology school

Responsibilities

• Perform ah-may-zing blow outs on our clients using the drybar Anatomy of a Blowout.
• Provide an over-the-top client experience.
• Sell products, tools, and memberships.
• Participate in Shop duties. Stylist side work includes activities laundry, sweeping, dusting and other general shop cleaning.
