About The Position
We are Drybar Salt Lake City Sugar House located in the Commons at Sugarhouse and looking for part-time stylists to support our busy weekends! Friday, Saturday and Sunday hours! At Drybar, we operate on a straightforward philosophy: excel in one area and perfect it. For us, that is blowouts. Our tagline encapsulates our mission: No cuts. No color. Hey cosmetology students, w e also accept applications from those attending cosmetology school.
Requirements
- A current and valid cosmetology license for the state in which you are applying, or in pursuit of
- Amazing hair styling and finishing skills
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
- Strong communication skills
- A strong drive and intrinsic motivation to succeed, along with
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively and contribute positively to a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities
- Hair stylists perform amazing blow outs on our clients!
- It’s all about beauty.
- They also provide an over the top client experience.
- We love to sell products and tools - it's easy because our clients love us!
- We need to keep the shop fresh, stylist side work includes activities such as: dusting, cleaning, sweeping, inventory, cleaning dishes/glasses, re-stocking product shelves and other similar duties.
- We love to connect with our stylists so we have meetings regularly.
