We’re a very busy, fully booked salon with an amazing client base, and we’re looking for stylists who are confident, passionate, and ready to build or grow their clientele with us. What You'll Do: As a Drybar Stylist, you’ll deliver blowouts, curls, waves, braids, and updos from our signature Look Book, tailored to each guest. You’ll help people feel beautiful—and have fun doing it.We want people who bring great energy, team spirit, and a strong work ethic. Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned pro, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Requirements

A current and valid CA cosmetology license (or a student close to graduating!)
Solid blow-drying and finishing skills—or a willingness to learn
A positive, friendly attitude
Team players with great communication skills
A passion for making people feel confident and beautiful
You’re organized and keep things running smoothly—even on busy days
You’ve got great customer service skills—retail or hospitality experience is a plus
You love recommending products and services that help guests feel their best
You stay calm, upbeat, and focused, even when the salon is buzzing
You’re a team player who’s always ready to jump in and help

Bilingual? Awesome! Not required, but always a plus
