About The Position

West Palm Beach, FL VA Medical Center: Immediate opening for a contracted stylist who is skilled in all types of haircuts and styles, including face and neck shaves, for men and women. You must have at least one: U.S. passport or passport card Permanent resident card or alien registration receipt card (Form I-551) Foreign passport Employment authorization document with a photo (Form I-776) State-issued, Real ID-compliant driver’s license or ID card U.S. military ID card U.S. military dependent’s ID card PIV card Hair Stylist Requirements: Commitment to providing an excellent guest experience A valid barber/cosmetology license Able to pass a tier 1 background check Possess or obtain liability insurance in the amount of $1 Million A comfortable approach to working in an exciting fast paced environment without sacrificing quality. The ability to listen to our guests needs, communicate clearly with our guests to deliver the highest level of service and have fun while doing it! Experienced and new hair stylists welcome Professional, friendly, self- motivated barber Ability to run your own business in a professional manner. Participation in the seasonal influenza program is a condition of employment. It is a requirement that all HCP receive the annual seasonal influenza vaccination or obtain an exemption for medical or religious reasons.
