You'll earn an average of $33.50 – $66/hour , thanks to steady foot traffic, generous clients, and a commission structure built to reward your hustle. As our Cosmetologist - Barber Stylist, you chat, you laugh, and you use your cosmetology superpowers to deliver flawless fades, rich color, and next-level shaves. You throw in a lather neck shave or shoulder massage that keeps your clients raving. The chairs stay full, your skills stay sharp, and every day feels like a mix of art, energy, and connection. Requirements
- Active Colorado barber or cosmetology license
- Passion for customer service and bringing joy to others
- Strong work ethic and a motivation to do an excellent job
- Reliability, punctuality, and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, push, and pull 25 lbs.
- Ability to work weekends and nights to meet client availability
