Position Overview: We are seeking a high-energy Store Manager to lead the grand opening and daily operations of our upcoming Moida retail location. We are looking for a strategic leader to build a top-performing team and deliver world-class customer service. Location: Orange, California Grand Opening & Training Schedule: Store Opening: Scheduled for February/March 2026. Mandatory Training: Prior to the opening, the Store Manager will undergo a comprehensive training program. Training may take place at a different location (e.g., Corporate HQ or existing branch), and the candidate must have reliable transportation to travel to the training site.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in retail store management (Beauty/Fashion preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in POS systems (Clover), scheduling tools (Homebase), and Excel.
  • Bilingual (Korean/English) highly preferred for communication with HQ and vendors.
  • A background check is required after a conditional offer of employment is made, in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

  • Fluent in Korean and English is highly preferred to facilitate communication with our Korea-based headquarters and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, onboard, and train Beauty Advisors.
  • Provide daily coaching and performance management.
  • Develop employee work schedules and manage controllable expenses to achieve profitability.
  • Oversee visual excellence, execute purchasing plans, and manage POS accuracy.
  • Participate in weekly Zoom meetings with the Korea-based HQ to align on global initiatives.
  • Complete bank deposits 2–3 times per week.
