About The Position

Adena Health System is expanding their Dermatology service line and will begin to include cosmetic services. As we grow, we are looking for a Casual (20%) Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join the Dermatology team to support the development of these exciting, new services. This employed position within the multispecialty Adena Medical Group will perform procedures such as Botox injections and chemical peels on an outpatient basis. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, be confident in his/her decision-making skills, organized, and comfortable collaborating with Dr. Jennifer Breedlove who will be leading our Cosmetics expansion. This candidate needs to be able to convey realistic results to each patient and determine a care plan respectively, keeping in mind the financial aspect of each procedure versus the expectations. Interested candidates will join an established group of 5 General Dermatologists and 2 Mohs surgeons. The practice typically sees between 150-200 patients daily. Leadership styles are calm, approachable, foster trust, and value open communication. The group focuses on goals and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and on time. Clinic Office Hours : Monday- Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm Schedule : Fridays Call Rotation : None EMR : Epic Requirements: Able to work autonomously Current Cosmetics Dermatology experience Dermatology Certified Nurse Practitioner (DCNP) credential preferred
