About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise a team of Beauty Advisors to ensure excellent service and sales performance.
• Build and cultivate customer relationships to enhance the shopping experience.
• Drive sales through in-store and online channels by utilizing technology effectively.
• Participate in merchandising and operational tasks to maintain store standards.
